ECTS: ELECTRONIC CARTRIDGE TRACKING SYSTEM


The Everpure® Cartridge Tracking System (ECTS) is a great way to organize information on your customers' cartridges when monitoring service calls and scheduling cartridge changes.

This user-friendly tool was designed especially for our valued Pentair Everpure Dealer and Distributor partners. It allows users to record a date for a cartridge installation and enter in a service cycle that you determine is applicable to a specific location. ECTS takes this data and stores it within a secured website. All the information you enter is protected and can only be viewed by you.

By recording and monitoring this data for your customers, you can be proactive in serving their replacement cartridge need, helping ensure their filtration systems continue to perform and deliver quality water to expectations over time. ECTS users can easily track both overdue cartridge change-outs as well as those coming up for replacement within the next 30 days.
